Championship time is upon us and the all the miles and workouts are going to pay off as you run your best times of the year in the next two weeks. For those of you who haven't hit the qualifying times yet, there is plenty of time, get it done this week!
Monday- Most did pre-meet run 30 minutes w/8 strides
Nate/Craig did 8x300 w/300 jog btw each and after 4 a 800 jog. Each one alt. btw mile pace and 800 pace, a very successful workout that showed you two are ready to run fast on Saturday

Tom did 300-200-150-100x2 walk back recovery and 800 job btw sets

Nate/Craig 45 minutes plus 8 strides
Tom- 30 minutes w/8 strides
Wednesday- easy day for most 30-35 minutes plus strides
Nate/Craig 3x1k threshold then a 400 at MP
Nate-3:14-3:11-3:08/ 62.3
Craig-3:18-3:21-3:19/65.3
Tom P -4x200's 28.5/29.5/28.3/28.3
Thursday- another easy day two days until conferences
Nate/Craig 30 minutes w/8 barefoot strides
Most will run 25 minutes
Mid-distance will add on 5x100 to end day
Friday- pre meet run of 25 minutes w/4 strides
Saturday- Conference meet see recap
Sunday- Day off for all
